Make sure you have done the following before start scheduling sessions:

• You have created tester acounts
• You have created and activated a test
• Do you want colleagues to join as observers? Then make sure they have been added as users.

Scheduling sessions

This is how to start scheduling sessions:

1. Open the test
2. Go to 'Sessions
3. Click on 'New' in the top right corner
4. Fill in the details
5. Click on save
6. Confirm the session

What happens after confirming the session?

After scheduling the sessions, an e-mail confirmation is sent out to the tester, moderator and observer(s). This includes the following:

• Day and time of the study
• Device type on which the tester is to participate
• Link to the instructions for participating in sessions

Getting started with scheduling sessions without an interviewer? Then make sure you have done the following before doing so:

• You have created tester accounts
• Created a pool and added testers to it

Activate test and schedule sessions

Thes steps describe how you can activate the test and schedule sessions with your own testers.

1. Create a test
2. Select the numbers per device type
3. Select the pool of testers you want to use under 'Target group'
4. Set up the test plan
5. Activate the test

What happens after activating the test?

After activating the test, it is made available to the testers in the relevant pool. They can subscribe to it and then take the test by following these instructions.
